Charles Slack-Mendez
Charles J. Slack-Méndez is an Arizona native. A graduated from Arizona State University and Arizona State University College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate Decree. Charles has many years of legal experience in Arizona. He has handled a wide array of cases including serious fatal Accidents, Criminal Cases including 1st Decree murder trials, DUI’s, Bankruptcies and Divorces. Charles is licensed to practice law in all of Arizona, including the Superior courts, the Arizona Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of the State of Arizona, and the United Stated Federal District Court of Arizona.
Mr. Slack-Méndez has represented numerous clients through the judicial system, including jury trials. Many clients have also turned to Mr. Slack-Méndez for help when injured in an auto accident or other accident resulting in personal injury. Jaime Garcia
Jaime P. Garcia was born in Nogales, Arizona but grew up in Nogales, Sonora, Mexico. He attended Northern Arizona University and has lived in Arizona since then. During his undergraduate studies, he was on the Dean’s List, received academic scholarships and graduated Summa Cum Laude in Criminal Justice. At Arizona State University College of Law, Jaime continued to receive academic scholarship, including the Honorable Valdemar Cordova Scholarship. He was also involved in helping the Hispanic community through Chicano Latino Law Students Association, and later through Los Abogados Hispanic Bar Association and El Puente Human Rights Movement as an attorney.
Jaime always knew that he had been born to be an attorney and never deviated from his goal of becoming one. He realized the need for a Hispanic attorney who fights hard for his clients and decided to stay in Arizona where he knew that his Hispanic background and his Spanish fluency would be better utilized. After law school, he has been involved and has participated in hundreds of cases. His cultural background, people skills and ample knowledge of our criminal justice system has helped him to provide clients with a better legal representation.
Jaime has put his legal skills and knowledge to helping those in need of an aggressive legal representation. He realizes that, unfortunately, Hispanic people may be victims of prejudice and bias, especially in Maricopa county, and has made it a goal to work tirelessly to help them in their time of need. Having these concerns in mind, Jaime founded his law firm, Slack-Mendez & Garcia, PLLC, where he continues to help the Hispanic community during the most stressful and difficult time in their lives.
In accident cases, Jaime wants his clients to get better and care for their well being while he focuses on obtaining a fair compensation for their injuries. He will ease his clients’ concerns by working on their cases on a contingency fee basis, which means he will not collect any fees upfront and will only get paid if his clients get paid.
